"I have been working with this office for the past 2.5 years for my renters insurance and have always had such positive experiences. It's so nice working with a small local office for insurance instead of a big company where you're always speaking with someone different and you get transferred around to different departments repeatedly. The entire staff at Jeff's office is knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly. They also work very quickly, usually getting me whatever I need within minutes. I had an especially positive experience with Sharaine. She helped me seamlessly switch my policy from one apartment to another and I was so grateful. Highly recommend this State Farm office!"
